2. barista, in some capacity - learn how to make espresso, steam milk, combine to make drinks, etc.  September 2011, Tennessee
3. go canoeing June 2011, North Carolina
4. hike all of the AT (can be in parts)
5. go cross-country skiing January 2012, Copper Mountain, Colorado
6. develop and print my own film
7. witness a human birth
8. see the Northern Lights
9. go to Israel
10. learn to play the banjo
